Rendezvous at Valfréjus to pick up your bib number !

Rendez-vous à Valfréjus pour retirer votre dossard !

The host village welcomes you on Saturday 9^th of July from 2pm to 8pm and Sunday 10^th of July from 9am to 9pm in Valfréjus resort.

To pick up your bib number, you need:

• your medical certificate (check that your document is correct on the page medical certificate)


• your entry confirmation (to print from the runners list)


• your identity card

With all these documents you will collect your bib envelop (with your bib number, your handlebar plaque with your chip), your bag and tee-shirt in gift.


The timing chip as strips is fixed on your handlebar plaque. Be careful to not unstuck the strips, don’t bend and don’t lose your plaque !

In the village, you will also find cycling stands, new partner’s products, Mavic assistance…

Come to Valfréjus

Since parking space is very scarce in the station, you may not enter with your personal vehicles.
Parking space will be made available in Modane (in several places near the town centre) and a shuttle service will take you to the village of Valfréjus.

Bicycle parking spaces

Two bicycle parking spaces will be set up for your convenience:

• one at the entrance of the village in the Valfréjus station, where you can drop off your bicycle prior to visiting the village.


• another one in Modane (tennis courts – Avenue Emile Charvoz), where you can drop off your bicycle on the eve of the race.

The Mavic Assistance/Bicycle Parking double service in Valfréjus and Modane will cater to your needs.

Pasta Party

A Pasta Party will be organized on Sunday 10th of July from 5.30pm at Modane. Free for all the cyclists with your bib number.

Shuttles

If you have booked at the time of registration, a shuttle system will allow you to leave your car near the finish line. Reservations are not possible anymore.

Rendezvous from 5am at the roundabout of Valfréjus at Modane
From 5am, near the starting line, you will enjoy the breakfast and leave a bag at the luggage room before 6.45am. (more information on the luggage room)

To avoid stress before your race, organize your start !
You will come into your sas from 5am.

The start

The start will be given at 7am at the roundabout between Route de Bardonecchia (Valfréjus access) and Rue Jules Ferry.

To make your race comfortable and have a maximum of safety, the width of the starting line will be reduced to 3 m and a few minutes' gap will be left between each group of participants.
Don’t worry for your time, your real timing begins when you pass the start line!

Your pictures

In order to immortalize your feat, you are going to be photographed individually during your effort.

The finish

After have crossing the finish line and collecting your medal, you will discover and enjoy the host village situated in front of the Alpe d’Huez Palais des Sports.
