6 skittle and 9 skittle, bowling’s ancestors!

From 6 pm until 8 pm: discover the Bearnais and Basque cultures through music, dance and chants, with bands Ceù de Pau and Lagun Eta Maïta.

At the gastronomic “Pyrénées Sud-Ouest’ village”: from the Samatan foie gras, to the delicious Luchon candy, the Jurançon and Madiran wines, cheese from the Ossau valley and the ‘roborative pistache’ (local meat and bean stew, made with salty sheep meat) from the Lys valley, discover the south-western gastronomy! Aside from food professionals, meet local craftsmen and discover unique crafts and skills.
